| Actiontrack Rock Workshops can be based on the writing of new material as well as the playing of cover versions and often involve a combination of the two. |

| As a one-off workshop, the format would be to look at the various ingredients that go to produce a ready made song and set about putting those together to reasonable performaing standard. Follow up sessions would incorporate song-writing skills and also lok at arrangement and technical requirements (what gear works best for which situation etc), rehearsals and performance techniques as well as the use of a microphone and development of a good stage show are also areas that can be covered in an extended programme. |

| The emphasis is on live playing rather that recording and sessions are useful not only to bands that are interested in extending their skill but also to beginners who quite simply 'fancy a go'. Often new bands are formed from Actiontrack workshops and we are happy to stay in touch with such groups and be of any help we can with advice on gear etc. |
